Albina Community Bank

The project is a new branch in the Pearl district for a local community bank. Located on NW 10th and Glisan, the building actively engages the neighborhood, particularily the streetcar which stops at the corner. The rennovation strives to use green materials throughtout the interior, makes a connection to the local arts community with a hand forged water feature, and exposes elements of the industrial bow string truss building through creative ceiling and lighting treatments.
